Access sheaths and stents study for kidney stone treatment

Who can take part

  • You must have a ureteral stent already in place before your stone removal procedure.
  • Your stone removal procedure will treat stones only in one kidney or one ureter.
  • You are scheduled for a single procedure to remove stones from the kidney or ureter, or both.
  • You must be willing to fill out surveys before, during, and after the study.
  • You cannot be pregnant.
  • You must not have certain urinary tract abnormalities, like a horseshoe kidney or urinary diversion.
