  • You are 18 years or older
  • You have been diagnosed with bipolar disorder
  • You have recently been hospitalized or had a mood episode within the last year, but are now stable
  • You take lithium, antipsychotics, or benzodiazepines (alone or in combination)
  • You can use a smartphone to record your voice and answer questions
  • You can speak, read, and understand French
