Who can take part

  • You must have a bipolar disorder or recurrent depression diagnosis.
  • You need to be in a stable mood (no mania or depression) when you join.
  • You need a smartphone and be comfortable using it and a smartwatch.
  • You must agree to let the research team review your medical records.
  • You cannot have active drug or alcohol problems.
