Who can take part

  • You must have newly diagnosed, locally advanced triple negative breast cancer that has not spread to other parts of the body.
  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You must have enough tumor tissue available for making the vaccine or agree to a biopsy.
  • You must have started or be able to start standard treatment with a regimen called KEYNOTE 522.
  • You must have a small number of immune cells called TILs in your tumor (less than 10%).
