Who can take part
- You have stage II or III triple-negative breast cancer.
- You are scheduled to receive chemotherapy (a type called anthracycline/taxane) and an immunotherapy drug (PD-1 inhibitor) before surgery.
- Your tumor is reachable for a biopsy, and the biopsy sample must have at least 30% cancer cells.
- You are 18 or older and in generally good health (able to care for yourself, ECOG score 0–2).
- You do not have an active autoimmune disease or other serious medical condition that could interfere with the treatment.
