Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 49 years old.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is between 17 and 25.
  • You have regular bowel movements (at least every other day, up to 3 times a day).
  • If you have Crohn's or colitis, you have been in remission (no active symptoms) for at least 6 months without steroids.
  • If you are a woman able to have children, you must use effective birth control.
  • You have not taken antibiotics or antifungals by mouth in the last 3 months.
