- You are a youth aged 8 to 17 with serious emotional or behavioral challenges, or the caregiver of such a youth.
- You have a mobile device (like a smartphone or tablet) that you can use during the study.

- If you're part of a wraparound care team, you are a supervisor or care coordinator who can use the SMART-Wrap tool for 8 months.
