Who can take part

  • You have an advanced solid tumor that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery, and you've already tried prior treatments that helped.
  • Your heart function is good enough (a recent test shows your heart pumps blood at least 50% as well as normal).
  • You are able to get up and take care of yourself (ECOG performance status 0 or 1).
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a CT or MRI scan.
  • You have not received an ATR inhibitor before, and you do not have uncontrolled seizures, serious nerve problems, or an active autoimmune disease needing strong immune-suppressing drugs.
