Who can take part
- Your body mass index (BMI) is between 30 and 35, or between 27 and 30 if you also have a weight-related health problem like high blood pressure or diabetes.
- You are willing to take medication and follow up for about 24 weeks.

- You have not had stomach surgery, inflammatory bowel disease, or active ulcers recently.
