- You have been diagnosed with a functional movement disorder
- You are 18 years of age or older
- You can read and understand English
- You do not have moderate or severe shaking in your dominant hand that would make it hard to do the task
- You have not been diagnosed with peripheral neuropathy (nerve damage in your arms or legs)
