PET imaging to track prostate cancer changes

mCRPC (Metastatic Castration-resistant Prostate Cancer)

Who can take part

  • Your prostate cancer has spread to at least 3 spots in your body (on bone scan or CT scan).
  • Your cancer is still growing despite having low testosterone (from drugs or surgery) and after trying an advanced hormone blocker like enzalutamide, abiraterone, apalutamide, or darolutamide.
  • You are medically able to receive chemotherapy (like docetaxel) or PSMA-targeted therapy (a type of precision treatment).
  • You have not had another cancer (excluding skin cancer) in the last 5 years.
  • You are not currently in a blinded clinical trial where you don't know which treatment you're getting.
