Who can take part
- You have locally advanced pancreatic cancer that cannot be removed by surgery, or your cancer came back only in the pancreas area after surgery (at least 6 months after finishing any post-surgery treatment).
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan.
- Your ability to take care of yourself is good (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- Your doctor expects you to live at least 3 more months.
- You are between 18 and 75 years old and willing to use birth control if needed.
- You have not had any prior treatment with PD-1 or PD-L1 drugs, and you have not had radiation to the upper abdomen before.
- You do not have active autoimmune disease, uncontrolled serious medical conditions, or other cancers in the past 5 years (except for certain skin or localized cancers).
