  • You have extensive-stage small cell lung cancer (cancer that has spread widely in your chest or to other parts of the body).
  • Your doctor plans to start treatment with toripalimab (an immunotherapy drug) as your first cancer therapy.
  • You are willing to sign a consent form and let the study team review your medical records.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • You have not had an allergic reaction to toripalimab or similar immunotherapy drugs.
