Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 70 years old.
  • You have moderate to severe ulcerative colitis or Crohn's disease, confirmed by a doctor with a scope or imaging.
  • Your current treatments (like steroids, immunomodulators, or biologics) have stopped working, caused side effects, or are not enough.
  • You have had your colitis or Crohn's for at least 3 months, and your disease is active now.
  • You have adequate kidney, liver, and blood cell function, as shown by recent lab tests.
  • You are willing to stop certain other medications for a period before starting the study treatment.
