Who can take part

  • You are 18 to 70 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with one of the autoimmune diseases listed: SLE, systemic sclerosis, ANCA vasculitis, inflammatory myopathy, or Sjögren's syndrome.
  • Your disease is active (moderate to severe), and standard treatments haven't worked well enough.
  • Your liver, kidneys, and blood counts are within a safe range (your doctor can check).
  • You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant during the trial.
  • You have not had a serious infection in the last 2 weeks, and you do not have active hepatitis B, C, HIV, or syphilis.
