Who can take part
- Age 18 to 70 years old
- Diagnosed with one of these conditions: multiple sclerosis, myasthenia gravis, chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy, or autoimmune encephalitis
- Have tried at least one standard treatment that did not work well enough or caused side effects
- Have adequate organ function (liver, kidneys, blood counts, heart and lungs)
- Not pregnant or breastfeeding, and willing to use effective birth control during and for a year after treatment
