Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with young-onset Parkinson’s disease by a neurologist.
  • Your Parkinson’s is at an early to mild-moderate stage (Hoehn & Yahr scale 1–2.5).
  • You are between 21 and 65 years old.
  • You speak Portuguese fluently.
  • You are not currently in any other psychological therapy.
  • You are not pregnant and do not have active suicidal thoughts or severe mental health conditions.
