Who can take part
- You are 18 years old or older.
- You have a neurologist's diagnosis of Parkinson's disease.
- You can walk indoors and outdoors — with or without a cane or walker, but without needing physical help from another person.
- You have passed a physical activity readiness check (PAR-Q) or have a doctor's permission to exercise.
- You do not have any other neurological condition (like stroke or multiple sclerosis) that would interfere.
- You do not have a recent injury or illness that would make it unsafe to exercise.
