Study of AST-3424 for advanced liver cancer with high AKR1C3

Who can take part

  • You have advanced liver cancer that has grown after at least one previous treatment, including immunotherapy.
  • Your tumor tissue shows high levels of a protein called AKR1C3.
  • Your liver function is relatively good (Child-Pugh class A or B, score 7 or less).
  • You are able to take care of yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan, and your expected survival is at least 3 months.
