Who can take part
- You must be female and between 18 and 55 years old.
- You must be premenopausal.
- You must have hormone receptor-positive breast cancer (either estrogen or progesterone receptor positive).
- You must not have had radiation therapy to the ovaries, and any prior radiation side effects must have recovered.
- You cannot have serious heart conditions, including certain QT interval abnormalities or heart failure.
- You cannot be pregnant or breastfeeding, and you must agree to use nonhormonal contraception if sexually active with a male partner.
- You must not have other active cancers (except certain skin cancers or cervical carcinoma in situ).
