  • You have a definite MS diagnosis (any type).
  • You can walk at least 20 meters with or without a cane or walker.
  • You are willing to travel to the study site for check-up visits.
  • You have access to the internet at home.
  • You have not had an MS relapse or steroid treatment in the past 3 months.
  • You do not have other health problems that would make it hard to take part.
