- You are 18 years or older
- Your cancer is stomach or gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma
- Your cancer got worse or you couldn't tolerate at least one immunotherapy treatment
- Your tumor is HER2-negative
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a CT or MRI scan
- You are able to do daily activities with little or no help (ECOG 0 or 1)
