Who can take part

  • You are 19 years old or older
  • You are scheduled for breast surgery with reconstruction under general anesthesia
  • You can hear normally and do not use a hearing aid
  • You do not take sleeping pills or sedatives regularly
  • You do not have sleep apnea and your body mass index (BMI) is below 35
  • You do not have a history of alcohol or drug abuse
