- You are 19 years old or older
- You are scheduled for breast surgery with reconstruction under general anesthesia
- You can hear normally and do not use a hearing aid
- You do not take sleeping pills or sedatives regularly
- You do not have sleep apnea and your body mass index (BMI) is below 35
- You do not have a history of alcohol or drug abuse
