Who can take part

  • You have HER2-positive stomach cancer or cancer where the stomach meets the esophagus that has spread to nearby areas but not to distant organs.
  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You are able to be up and active (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • Your heart pumps well (LVEF of 50% or more) and you have no major heart problems.
  • Your liver, kidney, and blood counts are within normal ranges (check with your doctor).
  • You have not had prior treatment with certain immunotherapy drugs (PD-1, PD-L1, or CTLA-4 inhibitors).
