Combination drug therapy for relapsed neuroblastoma

Neuroblastoma (NB)Neuroblastoma in Children

Part of Cancer clinical trials.

This trial tests a combination of four drugs (chidamide, dinutuximab beta, irinotecan, and temozolomide) for children whose neuroblastoma has returned or isn't responding to standard treatment. It aims to see if this mix can shrink the tumor or stop it from growing.

Targeted radiation therapy for relapsed neuroblastoma

This trial tests a new type of targeted radiation treatment for children and adults with neuroblastoma that has come back or not responded to other treatments. The radiation is attached to a substance that seeks out neuroblastoma cells, aiming to destroy them while limiting harm to healthy tissue.
