Who can take part
- You must be 18 years or older.
- You must have AML that came back or did not respond to at least one prior treatment, and no other standard treatment is likely to help.
- You should be expected to live at least 12 weeks.
- You must be able to do daily activities with little help (ECOG score 0-3).
- Women who can become pregnant must have a negative pregnancy test and use effective birth control during the study and for 6 months after. Men must also use effective birth control.
- You must have adequate liver and kidney function (blood tests will check this).
