Who can take part
- Women aged 18 to 75
- You have had surgery for invasive breast cancer with no remaining tumor seen
- Your tumor was removed and you have one of the high-risk patterns described in the criteria (such as not reaching a complete response after chemotherapy in triple‑negative breast cancer, or having 4 or more positive lymph nodes)
- A blood test shows you carry a harmful change (mutation) in one of several specific genes related to DNA repair (like PALB2, RAD51C, BRIP1, etc.)
- You have not had chemotherapy or other treatment for advanced or metastatic breast cancer
- You have not used tamoxifen, raloxifene, or aromatase inhibitors for prevention in the last 2 years
