This trial tests whether the drug fluzoparib (a type of PARP inhibitor) can help prevent breast cancer from coming back after surgery. It is for people who have specific changes in their genes (called germline HRR mutations) and who had a high risk of recurrence based on their tumor type and response to earlier treatment.

Who can take part

  • Women aged 18 to 75
  • You have had surgery for invasive breast cancer with no remaining tumor seen
  • Your tumor was removed and you have one of the high-risk patterns described in the criteria (such as not reaching a complete response after chemotherapy in triple‑negative breast cancer, or having 4 or more positive lymph nodes)
  • A blood test shows you carry a harmful change (mutation) in one of several specific genes related to DNA repair (like PALB2, RAD51C, BRIP1, etc.)
  • You have not had chemotherapy or other treatment for advanced or metastatic breast cancer
  • You have not used tamoxifen, raloxifene, or aromatase inhibitors for prevention in the last 2 years
