Who can take part
- You have a type of B-cell lymphoma or leukemia that has come back or is not responding to standard treatment.
- You are between 18 and 85 years old.
- You are well enough to do most daily activities (ECOG score 0-2).
- Your blood counts (hemoglobin, neutrophils, platelets) are at safe levels, and your heart, lung, liver, and kidney function are stable.
- You have not had CAR T-cell therapy or other genetically modified T-cell treatments before.
- You do not have an active serious infection, uncontrolled heart disease, or other major health problems that would make the trial risky.
