Who can take part

  • You are between 40 and 60 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with frozen shoulder (also called adhesive capsulitis) in only one shoulder.
  • Your frozen shoulder is in the second or third stage (the painful and stiff stages).
  • You do not have any past injury, tumor, fracture, surgery, or infection in that shoulder.
  • You are not pregnant and have no history of nerve problems like stroke with paralysis, a pinched nerve in the neck, or brachial plexus injury.
  • You do not have moderate or severe diabetes.
