Who can take part

  • You have shoulder pain that has lasted at least 3 to 4 months.
  • You are between 40 and 65 years old.
  • Your shoulder movement is limited, especially rotating outward, lifting to the side, rotating inward, or raising forward.
  • You have been diagnosed with stage 2 or stage 3 frozen shoulder.
  • Your pain is not caused by rheumatoid arthritis, infection, tumor, recent fracture, thoracic outlet syndrome, or a neck problem.
