This study uses special sensors to see how mental tiredness affects your running performance. If you're a healthy, experienced runner between 18 and 35, you would be asked to run while wearing monitors that track your body's signals.

Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 35 years old
  • You are a healthy non-smoker with no past or current neurological, heart, muscle, or bone conditions
  • You are an experienced runner who runs at least 15 km or 2 hours per week
  • You have not had any running-related injuries in the last 6 months
  • You do not take any medication (over-the-counter or prescription)
