Who can take part

  • You have mild mental fatigue, not severe or none
  • You have not learned the specific motor skills used in the study before
  • You are in good physical health with no brain, muscle, or mental health conditions
  • You have not had a recent muscle or joint injury in the past month that prevents exercise
  • You are not taking long-term medications that affect the brain, and you have not had caffeine, energy drinks, or alcohol in the last 24 hours
  • You do not have ongoing sleep problems
