Who can take part
- You need to have high eye pressure (ocular hypertension) or mild-to-moderate open-angle glaucoma in both eyes, with the diagnosis made within the last year.
- Your eye pressure must be between 18 and 34 mmHg in both eyes, either from your history or a screening test.
- You should not have used more than two different kinds of eye drops for eye pressure in the 30 days before the study begins.
- You must be willing to remove contact lenses for at least 24 hours before each study visit if you wear them.
- You cannot have had eye surgery (except routine cataract surgery) or laser treatment for glaucoma in the past, unless it was a selective laser trabeculoplasty more than 6 months ago.
- You need to have relatively good vision (20/50 or better) in each eye, and your cornea must be healthy enough for accurate pressure measurement.
