- You need a cataract that is important enough to treat.
- You have glaucoma or high eye pressure, treated with 1 to 4 eye drops.
- You have not had any previous glaucoma surgery or certain laser treatments in the last 90 days.
- The drainage angle of your eye must be open (not blocked) in at least two areas.
- You do not have other serious eye diseases like advanced macular degeneration or diabetic eye problems.
