Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 45 years old.
  • You experience significant social anxiety (scoring above 9 on a screening test).
  • You speak Hebrew fluently as your native language.
  • You have regular access to a computer with internet.
  • You are not currently in therapy that focuses specifically on social anxiety.
  • You have not had dialectical behavior therapy before.
