Who can take part

  • You are between 20 and 65 years old.
  • A doctor has confirmed you have both generalized anxiety disorder (GAD) and major depressive disorder (MDD).
  • You do not have current suicidal thoughts or have recently tried to harm yourself.
  • You are not currently in talk therapy or counseling.
  • You do not have certain other mental health conditions like bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or a current drug or alcohol problem.
  • You are not dealing with a serious life crisis like domestic violence or a severe medical illness.
