  • You must be between 18 and 80 years old.
  • You are planning to have robot-assisted surgery to remove part of your kidney.
  • You must be healthy enough for general anesthesia (being put to sleep for surgery).
  • You cannot have serious heart or blood vessel disease.
  • You cannot have a horseshoe kidney (kidneys fused together).
  • You cannot be pregnant.
