- You are a woman aged 14 to 45 with regular periods
- You have heavy menstrual bleeding (as assessed by a screening tool)
- You have used the same non-hormonal medications for the past 3 months and plan to keep using them

- You are willing to use only the study-provided menstrual products for the study's duration
- Your bleeding score is at least 150 for two consecutive months before joining
