Who can take part
- You are female, aged 13 or older, with confirmed von Willebrand disease (any type)
- You have had heavy menstrual bleeding for at least 2 menstrual cycles before joining
- Your liver and kidney function are mostly normal (tested by blood work)
- You are willing to use reliable birth control during the study
- You have not had recent or do not plan routine blood clotting factor infusions during the study
- You do not have other gynecological conditions causing heavy bleeding (like fibroids, endometriosis, or infections)
