  • Age 50 or older
  • Diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis based on standard medical criteria
  • Mild to moderate knee osteoarthritis (grade I or II on X-ray scale)
  • No fibromyalgia or other chronic pain conditions that could affect results
  • No pain medication taken in the 24 hours before evaluations
  • No nerve or muscle conditions affecting the legs
