  • You are between 18 and 45 years old.
  • You are in good general health with no major medical problems.
  • You do not smoke more than 5 cigarettes per day and can avoid smoking during the study.
  • You have not used any prescription or over-the-counter drugs or herbal supplements recently.
  • You agree to use effective birth control for 6 months after the last dose.
  • You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant.
