Who can take part

  • You are a healthy adult aged 18–55 years old
  • You weigh at least 50 kg (110 lbs) if male or 45 kg (99 lbs) if female, with a normal body mass index
  • You have not smoked more than 5 cigarettes per day in the last 3 months
  • You agree not to get pregnant and use non-hormonal birth control for 6 months after the study ends
  • You have no history of significant health problems, including headaches, drug allergies, or stomach ulcers
  • You can follow a standard diet and attend all study visits without missing doses or tests
