Who can take part

  • You should be between 18 and 55 years old.
  • You must be generally healthy, with no major medical conditions.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) must be between 19 and 26.
  • Men must weigh at least 50 kg (110 lbs); women at least 45 kg (99 lbs).
  • You must agree to use effective birth control during the study and for 6 months after the last dose.
  • You cannot have taken certain medications or supplements within the past 2 weeks to 1 year before the study.
