- You are a healthy adult between 18 and 45 years old.
- You have a body weight of at least 45 kg (about 100 lbs) for women or 50 kg (about 110 lbs) for men, with a BMI between 18.5 and 32.5.
- You do not have any serious ongoing health conditions like diabetes, heart disease, liver problems, or chronic stomach issues.
- You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant during the study.
- You have not used any prescription medications (except routine vitamins or birth control) in the last 2 weeks.
- You are willing to use contraception and follow all study procedures.
