Who can take part
- You’re 18 or older.
- Your stomach cancer is HER2-positive, based on pathology test results (IHC 3+ or IHC 2+ with a positive ISH test).
- Your cancer has gotten worse after at least one standard treatment plan that included trastuzumab (or you progressed during/within 6 months after that kind of treatment).
- You have at least one measurable (or evaluable) tumor spot on scan, and that area has not had radiation (unless it later clearly progressed after radiation).
- Your overall health is good enough for treatment (ECOG performance status 0–1) and you can live for at least 3 months.
- Your blood counts, liver/kidney tests, and heart pumping strength are within the trial’s limits.
