Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have stomach cancer that is HER2-positive (a specific marker on the cancer cells).
- You have not had prior treatment for your stomach cancer, either for advanced disease or before surgery.
- You are in generally good health (able to care for yourself and up and about).
- You have adequate organ function (kidneys, liver, etc.) and are expected to live at least 3 months.
- You are willing to use effective birth control during the study and for 7 months after the last dose.
