Who can take part

  • You must be 18 or older and in the intensive care unit (ICU).
  • You must have a confirmed or highly suspected aspergillus infection.
  • Your liver function must be abnormal, with certain elevated liver enzymes or a Child-Pugh score of A or B.
  • You must be expected to receive antifungal treatment for at least 5 days.
  • You cannot be pregnant or breastfeeding, and cannot have a severe kidney problem or be on dialysis.
