Who can take part

  • You must be 18 or older.
  • You had a recent CT scan that shows a new chest wall injury, like a broken rib or cartilage.
  • You are being treated at Sahlgrenska University Hospital for trauma.
  • You do not have a spinal injury, severe head injury, or nerve/muscle problem that limits chest movement.
  • Your injury was not caused by CPR.
