Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older
  • You have stage I, II, or III breast cancer that is hormone receptor positive (HR+)
  • You have already had surgery for breast cancer, but have not yet started chemotherapy or radiation
  • You have not had a recurrence of breast cancer or another new cancer (except non-melanoma skin cancer) since your diagnosis
  • You can speak, understand, and read English
  • You are able to access your medical records from the hospital where you were treated
