Who can take part

  • Your child's BMI (body mass index) is at or above the 85th percentile (classified as overweight or obese).
  • Your child can do physical activity similar to a regular elementary school gym class.
  • Your child is able to understand and follow instructions at least as well as a typical 6-year-old child.
